Strategic Initiatives Leader

Job Overview
The Director of Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for prioritizing, planning, and implementing knowledge networks' initiatives. This role requires a visionary strategist and a hands-on operator who can manage complex, cross-functional projects, secure partnerships, and ensure timely execution.
This is a high-visibility leadership role, working directly with the founder, executive team, event partners, and sponsors globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic value.
- Build and maintain the 36-month phased roadmap (0–12m, 12–24m, 24–36m).
- Monitor progress, risks, and ensure deliverables are on track.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
- Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
- Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
