Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Initiatives Leader to spearhead our expansion efforts in the Mumbai market. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of business strategy, execution capabilities, and ability to identify new opportunities for sustainable growth.

This role will play a pivotal part in expanding our presence across the city, ensuring feasibility, profitability, and excellence in execution. The candidate should be comfortable managing end-to-end ownership of centre launches, including financial planning, supply identification, and cross-functional coordination.

Growth Initiatives Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Feasibility
    • Conduct analysis of local markets to identify new expansion opportunities.
    • Evaluate feasibility based on location, quality of life, demographics, and affordability.
    • Track emerging hubs, residential/commercial clusters, and competitive landscape.
  • Supply Acquisition & Execution
    • Identify and onboard new supply partners and channels.
    • Negotiate and finalise partnerships ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Plan and execute new centre launches with full ownership of P&L.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Deliver on targets.
    • Maintain dashboards and reports on existing and upcoming centres.
    • Provide data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • On-Ground Insights & Engagement
    • Conduct regular site visits to gather real-time insights.
    • Liaise with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
    • Monitor operational quality and suggest improvements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams for seamless execution.
    • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and legal frameworks.
