Job Overview

\

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Growth/Operations Intern. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and automations using Google Sheets, and other Google Workspace tools to drive data-informed decisions.

\

You will also apply AI tools (e.g., for data cleanup, lead enrichment, content drafts) to accelerate workflows and improve output quality across growth tasks. Additionally, you will coordinate day-to-day operations, align team tasks to clear timelines, and ensure deliverables are met with documented SOPs and checklists.

\

Furthermore, you will standardize and optimize processes through root-cause analysis, metrics reviews, and continuous improvement experiments. You will maintain operational hygiene by organizing documentation, enforcing quality controls, and upholding compliance across workflows.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering\
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and interaction with team members\
  • Proficiency in Project Management to manage and execute projects effectively\
  • Interest or experience in the media-tech industry is a plus\
  • Knowledge of Film/Video Production and AI tools is a plus\
