Job Title: Operational Excellence Lead

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Transportation function and driving scalable and continuous improvements across our Fulfillment Centers, Supply Chain & Transportation execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quickly identify business issues and challenges in Transportations operations, analyzing strengths/weaknesses and suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Map business requirements, understand business processes, study and analyze workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications.
  • Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience.
  • Dive deep into emerging industry practices and apply when solving business problems.
  • Design, develop, pilot & rollout enterprise wide programs around performance improvement, cycle time reduction, delivery experience enhancement, financial auditing, identification of alternate delivery services etc.,
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Capacity to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts.
