Operations Excellence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operations Excellence Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Operations group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless delivery of services.

  • Ensure accurate input of static data client profile configurations are processed daily.
  • Monitor client query queues, diagnose and resolve any resulting exceptions or errors.
  • Respond to client requests by providing detailed analysis and feedback.
  • Work closely with internal teams for system enhancements.
Key Requirements
  • University graduate preferred.
  • Knowledge of OTC derivative products, trade confirmations, and financial markets is a major plus.
  • Commercial awareness - ability to work in a fast-paced environment with client orientation.
  • Personal competencies - very strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
