
Senior Relationship Manager

As a seasoned relationship builder, you will be responsible for leading and managing frontline partner teams within the food service industry. Your primary objectives include coordinating tasks related to food production planning, engineering, and front-of-house services while ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities:- Establish a positive work culture and deliver high-quality service on time. Report any incidents, accidents, or near misses to your manager.
- Prioritize client retention and commit to delivering quality service to clients and employees.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently. Uphold honesty and integrity, fostering a family-oriented work environment.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
- Adhere to legislation and follow established client handbook rules, meeting service deliverables, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Display self-motivation and adaptability under pressure.
- Manage vendor rotations and plan operations for assigned clients.
- Demonstrated experience in the food industry with a solid understanding of operations and customer service.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, integrity, and decision-making ability.

- Minimum 3 years of industry experience with a Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Availability for a 6-day workweek and willingness to travel within city limits as needed.
