Job Title: Scrum Master

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our agile teams and drive business results. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

You will work closely with the team to identify and remove impediments, ensure effective communication, and maintain a high level of situational awareness.

Our ideal candidate has 8-12 years of experience as a dedicated and full-time Scrum Master, with excellent hands-on understanding of SAFe Agile and ADO board.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Scrum Master certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with ADO dashboard and Agile performance health KPIs
  • Facilitation, action orientation, and follow-through
  • Good hands-on experience with Agile estimating and planning techniques
  • In-depth hands-on experience in Sprint Forecasting
  • Effective removal of impediments
  • Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach
  • Working in SharePoint technology preferably SharePoint 2019
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership
