Responsibilities
  1. Supervise coordinators to ensure seamless collaboration.
  2. Set clear objectives and align team members with the organization’s vision.
  3. Communicate expectations, goals, and feedback regularly, resolving concerns proactively.
  4. Liaise with translator teams to report linguist pool health and plan for capacity.
  5. Address conflicts early, facilitating discussions to find satisfactory solutions.
  6. Enhance team morale, attrition, development, coaching, and performance communication.
  7. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and plan future activities.
  8. Conduct timely one-on-one sessions with all coordinators.
  9. Drive HR processes and policies within the team and collaborate with management as needed.
  10. Ensure process changes are clearly shared with the team, and they adhere to established protocols.
  11. Act as a liaison between the team and assistant managers/managers.
  12. Ensure the team meets project deadlines and goals, participates in required training sessions, and maintains accurate reports.
  13. Generate reports on team performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and SLAs, working with the assistant manager to correct issues or negative trends.
  14. Facilitate effective handovers across shifts.
  15. Responsible for scheduling and rescheduling work for your language group.
  16. Monitor email inboxes to ensure timely responses from community support and freelancers.
  17. Ensure user payments are addressed promptly and there are no pending actions by your coordinators.
  18. Collaborate with the manager to absorb tasks when the assistant manager is absent.
  19. Drive continuous improvement in coordination and communication quality within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in the media industry preferred.
