Operations Team Lead

We are seeking a results-driven individual with exceptional leadership skills to spearhead multi-layered teams. This person will prioritize continuous learning and improvement, driving execution with a data-driven approach and high sense of ownership.

The ideal candidate will be able to take ownership of project execution, including financial oversight, optimize existing projects through close collaboration with the product team, handle general operations, and analyze training needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of project execution, including financial oversight.
  • Optimizing existing projects through close collaboration with the product team.
  • Handling general operations, including daily execution, volume management, progress tracking, flag identification, and daily reporting.
  • Analyzing training needs and providing targeted support.
  • Regularly collecting feedback and resolving issues.
  • Monitoring team performance to achieve set Key Results Areas (KRA).
  • Mentoring and motivating student workforce members, showcasing strong people engagement skills.
  • Piloting new projects and initiatives.
Desired Skills:
  • At least 2 years of experience managing an operations team.
  • Proven ability to drive tightly controlled operational metrics.
  • Strong process orientation and business acumen.
  • Excellent people management, team building, and program management skills.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work in dynamic and unstructured environments.
  • Higher-than-normal sense of ownership with a bias for action.
  • Relevant educational qualification.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
