Job Title: Agile Project Leader

This is a leadership role that focuses on leading and managing agile software development projects from initiation to completion.

  • Build and anchor cross-functional teams, ensuring sprint ceremonies are conducted following defined Agile methodologies.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and execute projects according to agile methodologies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate agile development teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their productivity and efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology) with minimum 10 years of overall experience.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
