**Technical Leadership Role**

We are seeking an experienced technical lead to drive backend development for web and mobile applications in the stablecoin stack. The successful candidate will oversee design and scaling of backend systems, build robust infrastructure, define architecture, and own system robustness.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a small engineering team across infra + app layers
  • Mentor junior engineers and ensure security, scalability, and regulatory readiness
  • Establish engineering best practices and delivery timelines

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • 6+ years of backend engineering experience with strong proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js and API design
  • Prior exposure to fintech or payments is highly preferred
  • Track record of integrating external APIs across geographies

  • Node.js, TypeScript, MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
