We're Hiring: Senior Backend Engineer

Are you an experienced Backend Engineer with a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications? We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer with extensive expertise in Python, Django, Next.js, Node.js, React, and web development to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

Architect, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (Django) & Node.js.

Design and optimize APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration.

Work with Next.js & React.js to ensure a smooth web application experience.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Manage databases, caching strategies, and cloud infrastructure.

Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of backend development experience with a strong foundation in Python (Django) and Node.js.

Expertise in designing RESTful & GraphQL APIs.

Hands-on experience with Next.js & React for full-stack development.

Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).

Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Firebase, or Azure).

Solid understanding of microservices architecture, authentication, and security best practices.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Proficiency in version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.

Bonus Points:

Experience with WebSockets, real-time data processing, or event-driven architecture.

Strong understanding of DevOps practices and serverless computing.
