Job Summary

As a Business Engagement Manager at Vertiv, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities from key accounts, developing relationships with customers and stakeholders, and understanding customer requirements to offer competitive solutions. You will also negotiate and close medium to large projects, develop a pipeline of large projects and customers, and achieve agreed annual and monthly sales targets. Additionally, you will coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments, and provide weekly sales progress and CRM reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities from key accounts and develop relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer competitive solutions.
  • Negotiate and close medium to large projects.
  • Develop a pipeline of large projects and customers.
  • Achieve agreed annual and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of online UPS, switch gears, rack, PDU, KVM, etc.
  • Proven work experience in pursuing and closing large projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

Education
BE - Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Instrumentation; BSc Electronics.
