As part of our team, the Learning & Development Manager will play a vital role in shaping our learning strategy, creating engaging content, and deploying internal training and proficiency assessments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy that aligns with our business objectives and addresses capability gaps.
  • Expand our Competency development framework, capability assessment, and design class-leading learning solutions, instructional methodologies, and formats.
  • Transform existing content into professional training using innovative methods, such as gamification and non-traditional training approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to develop customized content and revise existing materials.
  • Create and update the Onboarding curriculum and process design.
  • Maintain online learning platforms for global audiences and teams.
  • Design individualized and team learning plans.
  • Administer technical training and possess experience in delivering training sessions.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of experience in the L&D domain.
  • Extensive knowledge of training best practices, including delivery, process implementation, and adoption evaluation.
  • Expertise in content and learning management systems, with the ability to compile analytics on enablement effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
  • Excellent training, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience with video production and editing is a plus.
