We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Development Expert to join our team at Maruti Suzuki India Limited. As a key member of our Learning and Development function, you will play a critical role in identifying and addressing the training needs of our employees across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute learning strategies and programs to enhance the skills and performance of our mid to senior management employees.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and implement corrective actions to ensure maximum impact.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on behavioral competencies for junior to mid-management employees, focusing on developing their leadership skills.
- Liaise with top agencies and institutions in the human resource development field to stay up-to-date with the latest learning trends and best practices.
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reporting, and analytics to support departmental audits and budget management.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proven experience in Learning and Development practices, strategy, and methods.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong project management and budgeting skills, with the ability to build rapport with vendors and employees.
