We are seeking a driven Business Development Partner to help grow our client base in the software/tech sector. This role is fully remote, freelance, commission-only and offered on a 6-month contract.
You will focus on:
- Identifying key decision-makers within software/tech companies
- Building relationships that lead to pre-onboarding calls with our founder
- Presentation of QA service packages with confidence and professionalism
- Outreach across multiple channels
- Development and maintenance of a qualified sales pipeline
This is not a quick-win sales role. We are seeking serious professionals who understand client acquisition and value building long-term business relationships.
High performers will have long-term earning potential and the opportunity to scale with the role.
Key qualifications include:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build trusted client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, client-facing tone)
- Results-driven, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with the software/technology sectors (desired)
Compensation details include:
- Commission-only: starting at 10% of closed deals, with potential for higher tiers based on performance
- Payments released once we receive client funds (clear, transparent process)
- 6 month freelance contract, with renewal opportunities for high performers
