
Division Growth Manager

Job Overview:
The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the growth strategy for the Water Heater and Air Cooler product division in a designated geographical area, ensuring year-on-year sales expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development by maximizing primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory.
- Expand the distribution network through strategic partnerships with new dealers and distributors.
- Strengthen existing relationships with dealers and distributors to foster long-term collaboration and sustained growth.
- Coordinate brand visibility and new product launches in collaboration with local marketing teams.
- Ensure seamless execution of organizational initiatives, including Sales Force Automation and Retail Key Account Management.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve targets and provide regular feedback for professional development.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Commercial and SCM: Collaborate closely with branch commercial teams to ensure timely billing and efficient transportation of goods.
- MarComm: Work collaboratively with local MarComm teams to create awareness about products.
- Service: Liaise effectively with branch service teams to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Human Resources: Engage with Regional HR and local branch HR to manage recruitment and ensure compliance with HR processes.
Requirements:
- At least 12-15 years of industry experience.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Background in FMEG or Consumer Durable Industry advantageous.
