Job Title: Senior Call Centre Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing customer support teams. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, setting clear goals and deadlines, monitoring team performance, and motivating team members to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operation of the call centre
  • Set clear team goals and set deadlines for achievement
  • Monitor team performance and report on key metrics
  • Motivate and lead team members to achieve their best
  • Assign campaigns to agents and ensure they are following guidelines
  • Conduct hourly agent performance checks
  • Provide feedback and coaching to agents as needed
  • Review MIS reports (WDR, APR, CAR)
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching as necessary
  • Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Ensure all activities at the call centre level are handled efficiently
  • Perform HR functions related to agent hiring and social media engagement
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor (1-2 years)
  • Good computer skills and MS Excel proficiency is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and Time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
Qualifications:
  • Graduate or degree in management from any stream
  • Training in team leading is a plus
