Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Regional Operations to lead and manage operational functions in the Guwahati region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing operational performance, driving process excellence, and ensuring overall regional success through strategic planning and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Lead, manage, and streamline all regional operations to ensure consistent efficiency and productivity

- Drive the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with overall business goals

- Monitor and manage regional budgets, cost optimization, and resource allocation

- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and present data-driven insights to leadership

- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery

- Coordinate cross-functional activities with sales, logistics, HR, and finance teams

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional team

- Drive regional expansion plans and support business development efforts

- Act as the key point of contact for all regional escalations and stakeholder management

Required Skills and Competencies

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Operations Management

- Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven leadership and team management abilities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and MS Office Suite

- Familiarity with ERP or operations management systems

- Decision-making agility with a strategic and execution-focused mindset

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree (preferred)

- 710 years of relevant experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

- Experience in the technology or services industry is a plus
