**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues or performance problems.
- Monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation and user satisfaction.
- Work closely with users to identify and resolve issues in the Resco environment.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and users, ensuring quick resolution of any system problems.
- Document system configurations, issues, solutions, and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of the Resco environment to ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are completed within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
- Assist with data migration, system integration, and other technical projects as required.
- Support training and mentoring of junior team members as needed.
