Regional Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead and manage regional operations, ensuring consistent efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all regional operations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and manage regional budgets and resources.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and present data-driven insights to leadership.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with sales, logistics, HR, and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional team.
• Drive regional expansion plans and support business development efforts.
• Act as the key point of contact for all regional escalations and stakeholder management.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree (preferred).
• 710 years of relevant experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the technology or services industry is a plus.
