Senior Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Professional to play a key role in managing end-to-end accounting processes and ensuring compliance with global accounting practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full spectrum of accounting processes for clients, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Record-to-Report (RTR).
  • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure seamless execution of month-end and year-end closing activities, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with international teams to deliver high-quality financial outputs that meet global standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to US GAAP/IFRS, compliance frameworks, and audit requirements to minimize risk.
  • Conduct thorough variance analysis, audit support, and process improvement initiatives to drive business growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with a proven track record in AP, AR, and RTR processes within a US/foreign accounting environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and international reporting standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
  • Prior experience working with global clients, international teams, or offshore finance operations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with specialized aviation accounting tools would be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Self-driven individuals with the ability to manage accounting deliverables independently and work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Additional certifications (CA Inter, CPA, CMA, ACCA, etc.) will be considered an added advantage.
