Job Title: Strategic Financial Operations Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across our global subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial data across all subsidiaries.
  • Develop and implement effective financial analysis and variance analysis processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to review and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities and risk.
  • Drive improvement in overall reporting quality, timeliness, and uniformity through detailed review of entity level MIS and defining effective implementation of monthly closing processes.
  • Lead the Centre of Excellence for IFRS accounting standards, providing guidance on complex accounting issues and supporting entities in achieving compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of post-qualification experience in relevant background.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and Ind AS reporting.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience with SAP and other financial systems.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
