Job Opportunity: FP&A Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts. This critical role will be instrumental in driving business partnering, delivering financial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across departments.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Support strategic initiatives including process optimizations and cost management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial expertise and recommendations.
  • Presentation of actionable insights to leadership to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to long-term financial strategy development and business planning.
  • Participate in executive-level discussions on strategic planning.
  • Create interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling and reporting processes through automation.

Requirements:

  • Certified Accountant (CA) with 5-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A and business analysis.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements and concepts.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools a plus.
  • Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
