Job Title: Strategic Financial Planner

Description:

As a seasoned strategic financial planner, you will provide expert guidance and analytical support to stakeholders. Your role will involve translating complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into optimized solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business goals and aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes.
  • Manage expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manages team workload and assignments for projects.
  • Ensure delivery meets quality standards, is within budget, and provides measurable return on investment.
  • Contribute to the refinement of internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators.

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Skilled in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations.
  • Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required).
  • Workday Financials Certification (preferred).
  • Workday Project Manager Certification (preferred).
