Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

The Financial Operations Manager oversees financial operations globally.

  • Maintain accurate financial reporting and adhere to global regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Compliance
  • Support financial statement preparation in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and other standards.
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with tax advisors on global tax laws and transfer pricing.
Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Participate in global budgeting and consolidate financial data.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics including cash flow and profitability.
  • Provide support for financial forecasting.
Cash Management & Treasury
  • Assist in managing global cash flow to ensure liquidity.
  • Support initiatives to optimize working capital and streamline fund transfers.
  • Help monitor foreign exchange exposures.
Process Improvement & Systems Management
  • Identify improvements in financial processes to drive global consistency.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
  • Assist in ERP system integrations and upgrades.
Leadership & Team Support
  • Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistency in financial practices.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior finance team members.
  • Act as a liaison between regional teams and senior leadership.
Strategic Financial Support
  • Assist in preparing financial analysis for strategic initiatives.
  • Support business risk assessments and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Contribute to strategic financial planning efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting field.
  • 6-10 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and international taxation.
  • Experience with multi-currency accounting and foreign exchange management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
