Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our finance team as a Strategic Financial Manager.

The primary focus of this role will be to closely monitor and optimize financial performance, evaluate efficiency, and develop frameworks for project management within the organization.

  • MBA / CA / CMA required
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial management software (e.g. Oracle)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze and track financial performance across various projects and departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  2. Conduct regular assessments of financial expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with leadership and project managers to develop and implement financial frameworks that optimize resource allocation and improve project delivery.
  4. Create financial models and forecasts to support decision-making related to IT investments, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
  5. Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial performance and project efficiency.
  6. Participate in cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve financial controls, and enhance transparency within the organization.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to financial management and project optimization.

This role requires a strong background in finance, project management, and a keen ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive results.
