Job Title: Qualified Chartered Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team in a key role that will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, and planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance:

    • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

    • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

    • Liaise with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

  • FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis):

    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

    • Provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support business decisions.

    • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

  • Technical Accounting & Advisory:

    • Interpret and implement new accounting standards and guidelines.

    • Provide guidance on complex accounting issues including revenue recognition, leases, and financial instruments.

    • Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and integration from an accounting perspective.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, tax, treasury, and legal.

    • Present financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, regulations, and frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
