Financial Manager Position

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing all financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Responsibilities:

    • Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
    • Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, including filing of returns and documentation.

  • Administrative Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic records, ensuring documents are accessible and organized.
    • Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external vendors, ensuring effective communication.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in accounting principles, financial record-keeping, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
