Financial Expert Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in financial management and regulatory compliance for multi-location businesses.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting, including ROC, Income Tax, GST Registration and Amendments, GST Returns Filing, TDS Return Filing, etc.
  • Managing and monitoring financial obligations in multiple states (Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, West Bengal, etc.).
  • Maintaining accurate financial records using Busy accounting software; preparing and filing returns using CompuTax or similar tax filing software.
  • Overseeing finance for multiple branches and locations, ensuring tight control and consistency.
  • Handling all aspects of e-commerce finance (order reconciliation, payout tracking, GST nuances, returns, etc.).
  • Creating and managing advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinating with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to keep processes streamlined and fully compliant.
  • Vendor and Customer reconciliation.

Requirements

  • CA (Inter) preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in financial management, taxation, and compliance for multi-location businesses.
  • Technical proficiency with Busy accounting software and working knowledge of tax return software like CompuTax.
  • In-depth experience with GST, TDS, ROC, and multi-state Professional Tax compliance.
  • Solid background in e-commerce finance, able to handle multiple platforms and complex reconciliations.
  • Advanced Excel skills: pivots, macros, VLOOKUPs, and report automation.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and integrity are non-negotiable.
  • Proactive communicator and team player who can own and improve processes.
