Asset Management Professional

Requirements:
  • Education: Qualified lawyer with a strong understanding of corporate law and Bar Council of India requirements.
  • Experience: 2-6 years in corporate law, focusing on asset management and investment funds.
  • Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills; familiarity with financial markets laws.
