We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a leadership position in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing accounting and general operations of staffing and/or consulting companies.

They should possess hands-on expertise in accounting, taxation, corporate finance, payroll, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, benefits, and multi-currency accounting.

A strong background in using Tally ERP is also essential.

The candidate will be responsible for handling employee payroll, ensuring compliance with various central and state regulations, and communicating effectively with clients, vendors, employees, and consultants.

Additionally, they will need to build process documents, ensure process compliance across teams, and present financial information to clients' operational departments.

A degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance from a reputable university is required, and a Chartered Accountant certification is highly desirable.

  • 15+ years of strong experience in Accounting, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Payroll, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Benefits, and Multi-Currency Accounting
  • Hands-on experience in managing accounting and general operations of staffing and/or consulting companies in India
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP
  • Experience in handling employee payroll
  • Excellent communication skills and a business-savvy personality who can understand client compliance needs and translate them to internal operational and financial processes
