Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Operations Leader to join our team in Hosur. As a key member of our finance department, you will drive financial integrity, statutory compliance, and efficiency through leveraging technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Accounting.
  • Serve as the company's subject matter expert on all GST-related matters, ensuring accurate and timely filing of returns, reconciliations, and managing audits or queries.
  • Owning the finance module in SAP Business One, utilizing advanced SQL skills to develop custom reports, create complex queries, and work directly with the SAP backend to extract and analyze data.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, preparing and presenting accurate financial statements and management reports in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
  • Ensure 100% compliance with statutory regulations, including TDS, TCS, Provident Fund, ESI, and other requirements under the Companies Act.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, developing and maintaining robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Mentor and develop the accounting team to foster a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience within a private limited manufacturing company in India.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a professional certification (CA / CMA) preferred.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SAP Business One and strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Deep expertise in Indian GST laws and comprehensive knowledge of Ind AS and corporate law.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong leadership qualities.
