Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters globally to understand hiring goals and translate them into compelling employer brand initiatives
  • Work with the marketing and design teams to develop engaging recruitment campaigns across digital and social channels
  • Utilize AI tools to create content that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Curate and amplify employee stories, culture content, and thought leadership across various platforms
  • Build and support internal communications, including employee referral campaigns and culture engagement initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop, as well as AI-driven design agents to scale creative assets
  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field within talent acquisition or communications
  • A social media mindset with a knack for creating content that drives engagement and builds community
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn business needs into engaging, people-first messaging
  • A strategic mindset paired with a creative, out-of-the-box approach, thriving in fast-moving, collaborative environments
