Job Description

The Print Production Manager role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of client print projects, ensuring timely delivery through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Expectations and Deliverables
  • Adhere to Client Process and Policies in Timely Work Task Delivery
  • Provide Technical Support and Advice to Minimize Costs
  • Partner with Artwork Studios and Printers to Drive Quality Prints and Maintain Consistency Across Prints
  • Extend Support During the Design Phase Through the Artwork Process, Review, and Help Identify Potential Risks
  • Lead Conversations with Stakeholders During Color Assessment on Print Work
  • Apply Strong Project Management Skills, Track Project Timelines, and Meet Deadlines
  • Manage Color Standards Storage and Support Required Courier Arrangements with Logistics Companies
  • Take Initiative and Be Proactive in Resolving Challenges
  • Foster Good Relationships with Stakeholders
  • Render Support Onsite, Offsite, and at Printer's Sites as Required

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple print production projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of progressive print production experience or an equivalent combination of education
  • Client-facing experience and prior experience in Project/Account Management
  • Familiarity with Color Management or Separation tools
  • Strong knowledge of various print methods (e.g., Offset, Flexo, or Gravure)
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning)
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues across the organization, and external clients or vendors
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to details, deadlines, and reporting
  • Occasional travel is required (Local/International)
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
