Product Strategy and Innovation Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Product Strategy and Innovation Leader to drive the development and delivery of innovative products, shape business strategy, and establish a strong market presence.

  1. Create and implement comprehensive product roadmaps that align with organizational vision and objectives.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams in product conceptualization, design, and launch, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  3. Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product decisions and strategic planning.
  4. Develop compelling business cases and models for new product initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to secure resources and support.
  5. Cultivate relationships with key partners, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Service Excellence teams, to foster collaboration and drive product success.

The ideal candidate will possess 15+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products. They will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.
