Creative Project Associate Job Description:

A key player in our creative team, the Creative Project Associate serves as a liaison between the design lead and production team, ensuring seamless daily deliverables and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to understand daily design and content delivery requirements.
  • Work closely with the production team, live tracking specialists, print media experts, electronic media coordinators, and field coordinators.
  • Brainstorm and ideate for production-related tasks, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Review and proofread content and designs for production deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Partner with the design lead and creative director for design approvals, communicating effectively to ensure timely decisions.
  • Monitor tasks and deadlines through official platforms, demonstrating commitment to work beyond regular hours and meeting expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor, with a track record of successful project management.
  • Strong computer skills and excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, along with decision-making capabilities, to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Degree in Management or training in team leading is highly valued, but not required.
