We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee project timelines, coordinate with various departments, and ensure successful project delivery.

This highly skilled professional will manage the expediting process, handle inspections, logistical management, and ensure projects adhere to set deadlines and quality standards.

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager for a software company is required.
  2. The ideal candidate will be technically sound with knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Miro, Azure DevOps Boards (ADO), Asana, DB-SQL, MS Office Tools like Excel and Power Point, Postman, AWS Cloud, WinSCP, Filezilla, Putty, Figma.

Key responsibilities include:

Business Analysis Services
  • Developing comprehensive product documents to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Creatingsales presentations for stakeholders and clients, and assisting the sales team with product demonstrations and technical expertise.
  • Gathering detailed business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
  • Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes by coordinating with end-users to validate the product against business requirements and user needs.
  • Overseeing user testing efforts to ensure the product delivers a seamless user experience.
  • Facilitating clear and effective communication between business units, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Collaborating on strategic product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market demands.
  • Conducting market studies to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product development.
  • Supporting pre-sales activities and providing product knowledge to address client inquiries.
  • Partnering with QA teams to ensure product quality, including leading efforts in User Testing (UT) and overseeing UAT processes.
Project Management Services
  • Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to guide project execution and keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Allocating and managing resources effectively, working closely with technical delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Identifying potential project risks early on and developing mitigation strategies to prevent issues before they arise.
  • Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and gather feedback.
  • Working closely with tech delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee implementation.
  • Applying Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban to enhance flexibility, responsiveness, and collaboration within the project team.
  • Overseeing project budgets and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
  • Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Leading and motivating project teams by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Conducting post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned, assess project success, and identify areas for improvement for future initiatives.
