Job Title

A Project Coordinator is required to manage costs associated with specialized systems within construction projects.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to oversee cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and deliver results efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Study project scope in line with design requirements.
  • Validate technical specifications received from the design team.
  • Optimize specifications without deviating from client requirements.
  • Validate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and backup workings.
  • Presentation of BOQs and solutions to management for approval.
  • Check and verify contractor's progress payment applications (RA bills).
  • Prepare amendments as necessary.
  • Validate budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrices.
  • Submit different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual designs.
  • Explore new products and obtain approvals.
  • Propose different optimization options in budgets.
  • Meet budget requirements within given turnaround times without delays.
  • Prepare different reports on cost analysis of projects as per management requirements.
