Key Responsibilities

  • Leads full-cycle recruitment across all levels, focusing on FMCG & Beverage industry expertise.
  • Collaborates closely with cross-functional leaders to fulfill business manpower needs and optimize source mix.
  • Designs sourcing strategies, manages vendor relationships, and drives competition mapping and talent market intelligence.
  • Mentors and manages sourcing teams to meet hiring quality goals, executes campus hiring, rightsizing, and supports onboarding processes.
  • Develops MIS and supports HR audits, drives organizational structure evolution, and enables effective talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • 9-15 years of experience in HR, preferably in the FMCG & Beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to mentor and manage teams.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
