Job Title: Interior Design Project Manager

This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from inception to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

  • Manage internal stakeholders such as finance, vendors, and installers to ensure they receive necessary support to meet customer promised timelines and quality standards.
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for customers, resolving issues promptly within committed ETAs and delivering projects on a good note.
  • Continuously coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable faster issue resolution for team members.
  • Be a people manager, empowering existing teams and hiring top talent to strengthen the region.
  • Ensure adherence to defined process SOPs and standards to provide a standardized customer experience.
Requirements:
  • NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in startups or operations in similar industries.
  • People management skills with direct team reporting in past roles required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills needed.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Manage strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants to achieve maximum project reach.
