Job Overview

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the delivery of our interior design projects. As a Customer Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of designers and ensuring the successful completion of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Your expertise in project management and interior design will enable you to drive productivity and quality across the team, resulting in exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, setting deadlines and allocating resources to meet project objectives.
  2. Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment, providing guidance and mentorship to designers to enhance their skills and work output.
  3. Customer Experience: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  4. Design Quality: Ensure all design deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  5. Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to designers on technical aspects, promoting continuous learning and growth.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success, leveraging collective expertise to achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch), Interior Design, or related field.
  • Masters or specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management.
  • 3+ years of experience as an interior designer or project manager, with a proven track record of delivering residential/interior projects from start to finish.
