We are seeking a highly skilled 3D artist with expertise in commercial interior design to fill this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with interior designers and architects to understand project requirements and design concepts for commercial interior design and build.
  • Creating detailed 3D models and photo-realistic renderings of commercial interior spaces, including interior walk-throughs and video animations.
  • Developing textures and materials that enhance the realism of 3D visualizations, ensuring a high level of detail.
  • Revising and refining 3D models and renderings based on feedback from design teams and clients to meet their vision and expectations.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and AI-driven technologies in 3D visualization and commercial interior design.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visualizations.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Commercial Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a 3D Artist in the commercial interior design sector.
  • Proficiency in modern software tools, including SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Strong visual and spatial design skills, excellent attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A solid understanding of sustainable design practices and materials is a plus.
