Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

The ideal candidate will have 12-14 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years of experience in Data Analytics hiring, particularly in Actuarial and Catastrophic roles. A strong understanding of analytics front-end principles is also necessary.

As a Recruitment Manager, you will be expected to develop and implement sourcing strategies, recruit top talent, and drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices within the recruitment process. You will also serve as a trusted business partner to the Business Leadership Team, offering counsel and expertise on Talent Acquisition matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Recruitment Deliverables: Develop and implement sourcing strategies, recruit top talent, and drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices within the recruitment process.
  • Process Adherence and Efficiency: Ensure process adherence and develop checks and balances to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Data Analytics hiring, particularly in Actuarial and Catastrophic roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and finding trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Position Hierarchy:

The position will report into the BL/SBL Human Resources department.
