Job Title: Data Analytics Expert

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with expertise in data analytics platforms, particularly SAP HANA and Snowflake. This role will play a critical part in the migration of enterprise data solutions from HANA to Snowflake, ensuring business continuity, data integrity, and performance optimization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Work with business stakeholders to understand and collate the analytics and reporting requirements.
  2. Collaborate with the capabilities team to identify source systems, source data sets, and source tables needed to fulfill the requirements.
  3. Convert functional requirements to technical solutions.
  4. Develop detailed business requirement documents and functional design documents.
  5. Perform functional unit testing of the solution.
  6. Support business teams for completion of user acceptance testing.
  7. Facilitate communication between business and IT.
  8. Deploy technical solutions to production.
  9. Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  10. Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance in the new Snowflake environment.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and experience working with data architects, developers, and business stakeholders. Proficiency in SAP HANA and Snowflake is essential, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
