Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and able to multitask, and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendors, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks. They will also be required to travel within and outside Bangalore, and have proficiency in MS Office.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor payments.
- Ensure end-to-end administrative support to stores and office, creating a delightful experience for customers and stakeholders.
- Oversee maintenance, pest control, service, and repair of facilities.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Manage inventory of supplies and assets, and ensure their effective utilization.
- Supervise HK/Security/Delivery boys and office assistants, maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Process procurement requests, POs, GRNs, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
- Recommend cost-saving options and implement efficient practices.
- Audit workplace hygiene and safety standards.
