Career OpportunitiesWe are seeking a skilled Professional Training Developer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a portfolio of over 100 luxury brands and contribute to enriching the lives of millions of consumers across Asia Pacific.
As a Professional Training Developer, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive training modules aligned with brand standards. You will create and align training calendars with the brand's schedule and objectives, conduct training sessions for Beauty Advisors, Skincare Specialists, and Retail Store Staff, and deliver hands-on training on the counter.
You will also assist the Commercial/HR team in recruiting Beauty Advisors and Skincare Specialists, foster strong relationships with store staff, and ensure smooth collaboration with LUXASIA personnel. Additionally, you will oversee visual merchandising to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and display merchandising follows brand guidelines and is effectively implemented.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality training programs and driving business results.
This role offers a competitive salary of SGD $6,500 - $8,000 per month, depending on experience, plus additional benefits. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual looking to grow your career in a fast-paced and intense environment, we encourage you to apply.
