We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated structural team lead to oversee our structural engineering and BIM projects. The candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers and modelers, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in line with project timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the structural engineering & BIM team on multiple projects by leading, mentoring, and training junior engineers and BIM modelers.
  • Review and guide the development of structural drawings, models, and construction documentation while ensuring compliance with industry codes and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams for seamless project integration and delivery.
  • Mentor junior staff in performing design checks, clash detection, and model validation.
  • Monitor project progress, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support in preparing technical reports, calculations, and documentation for approvals, and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural engineering and BIM/construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and standards.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, AutoCAD) and structural analysis tools (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
