Structural Engineering Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the structural integrity of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
  • This includes preparing and reviewing technical documents, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and collaborating with architects and interior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Technical Support:
  • Work with architects and interior designers to translate design concepts into structural feasibility.
  • Prepare and review structural drawings, BOQs, and technical documents to ensure compliance with building codes, IS standards, and local authority regulations.
Project Planning & Coordination:
  • Assist in preparing project schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates, and coordinate with design, PMC, and contracting teams.
  • Support tendering and contractor selection by evaluating technical aspects.
Site Supervision & Execution:
  • Supervise site works, ensuring design intent and quality standards are followed, and monitor contractors and labor teams for timely completion.
  • Check material usage and workmanship, ensuring adherence to approved specifications.
Quality & Safety:
  • Implement quality control procedures for concrete, steel, and other construction materials, and ensure safety practices are followed at construction sites.
  • Conduct regular inspections and provide site progress reports to management.
Quantity & Cost Control:
  • Prepare and verify material quantities for procurement, and check contractor bills and certify measurements for payment processing.
  • Control wastage and optimize material use.
Client & Team Communication:
  • Assist in explaining technical details to clients in coordination with architects, and act as a bridge between office design team and on-site execution team.
  • Attend review meetings and provide technical inputs.
