Role Overview

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead and manage a team of structural engineers to deliver high-quality engineering designs and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct, mentor, and supervise a team of structural engineers to ensure timely delivery of engineering designs and projects.
  • Provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, and performance evaluations for the structural team.
  • Manage structural engineering projects from inception through completion, including scope definition, resource allocation, and project coordination.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely delivery of engineering designs, plans, and documents within quality parameters.

Technical Expertise:

  • Structural design and analysis using software tools like ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and RCDC.
  • Finite element analysis and load assessments.
  • Validation of design assumptions and methodologies against applicable international and local standards.
  • Optimization of structural systems and materials.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in structural design and analysis software.
